- The net trade-in value of your used devices is subjected to a minimum of 10 CPUs and/or notebooks processed in a single trip to the customer location, failing which a service loading fee of RM300/SGD200 is chargeable to the customer.
- All used devices will undergo a full assessment and valuation before being accepted for trade-in.
- When sending an asset pickup request, please buffer for a lead time minimum of 5-7 working days.
- Customers are advised to backup data, SRKK Computer has no responsibility for any data loss and is not responsible for keeping any personal data.
- Customers are NOT ALLOWED to trade in used devices for cash.
- SRKK Computer reserved the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

This programme helps organizations to maximise their IT budgets while benefitting from latest and fast performing devices. It’s also part of our commitment to environmental sustainability.

Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) and Small & Medium Sized Companies (SMCs) who wants to upgrade devices cost-effectively and not sure how to recycle or dispose used devices right.

Which products are eligible for this Program?
Any brands of commercial laptop and desktop (PCs) may be eligible for trade-in. Windows Home or white boxes are not eligible.
Can I trade-in devices of multiple brands?
Yes.
How do I know if my device qualifies for this program?
Just fill up the form and our sales specialist will contact you for assets listing. After assets assessment valuation, we will let you know which device is eligible for trade in and provide the quotation.
When do I need a new device?
When your device has reached its EOSL (end of service life) that means the original manufacturer will no longer offer technical support, maintenance, or software updates (firmware, OS, etc) for your product; when you have headcount increase.
What is the minimum requirement to participate this program?
Minimum of 10 CPUs and/or notebooks processed in a single trip to customer location.
How long does the trade-in process take?
The sooner we receive your devices and verify the condition, the sooner we can provide you the quotation for agreement.
Are my personal information and data safe?
Yes, there will be proper data sanitization strictly aligned with NIST standards. You will receive a certification.
